- The fast pass for The Seven Gates Haunted House needs to be used together with the single-entry ticket (same time slot)
- The Fast Pass is only applicable to customers who have successfully purchased Worship Day Pass or Halloween Fest Pass. If you only hold a Fast Pass on the day of the event, you will not be allowed into the venue and will need to purchase additional tickets on site.
- Each Fast Pass cannot be shared, can only be used by one guest.

This event uses electronic tickets. If the information on the ticket is deleted or modified, the ticket holder may be denied entry.

If prohibited by law, you are not allowed to resell or transfer tickets. Any reselling or transferring of tickets (or attempted reselling or transferring) in violation of applicable law will result in the tickets being confiscated or cancelled.

Event information is for reference only, and the date of the event will be determined at the sole discretion of the organizer. The organizer reserves the right to change or extend the event dates, cancel the event, or reduce part of the content without prior notice. In case of any dispute, the decision made by the organizer is final and cannot be overturned.

The organizer may also control the number of attendees and event dates in response to the development of the COVID-19 pandemic and the implementation of related gathering restrictions. If the event is cancelled, postponed, or the total number of permitted attendees is reduced, the organizer will arrange related matters according to the ticket purchase payment records (including announcement of postponement or refund of ticket price). To avoid doubt, ticket refunds only refund the total value of the purchased tickets, excluding any received postage fees or customer service fees.

The organizer and venue will fully cooperate with the government's epidemic prevention strategies. Updates will be announced through social media, and the information is accurate at the moment of publication; the organizer will not notify separately for any updates.

Safety Guideline

Do not participate if you have asthma, heart disease, sedation tendencies, fractures, neck /back injuries, respiratory diseases, high blood pressure, recent/current fever or flu-like illnesses, pregnancy, or mental health issues.

Wear flat shoes (no high heels). Ensure shoes are tied before using stairs to maintain mobility and avoid discomfort.

Avoid manipulating fixed props on site. Organizers aren't liable for injuries from personal actions. Damage may result in compensation, determined at our discretion.

Avoid touching or frightening actors or staff. This behavior is both disrespectful and hazardous.

Stay aware of your surroundings. Don't touch or approach props or devices inside the haunted house to prevent accidents.

Refrain from bringing photography equipment to prevent disruption to other participants' experience.

The venue has scare devices. Follow staff instructions and adhere to all rules for safety.

The venue has CCTV. Avoid behavior violating laws, regulations, or event rules. Participants must follow safety guidelines or face penalties.

Precautions

Bad Weather Arrangement: If a yellow rainstorm warning or Typhoon No. 3 or higher is announced two hours before the event, adjustments may be made without refunds. Disputes will be resolved by Incutix and TRIPLE LIPS, whose decisions are final.

Entry wristbands must be collected at the reception desk.

All activities within the venue are identified by wristbands. QR codes are not permitted in the game or paid areas. Once a wristband is issued, it will not be reissued. Please do not lend your wristband to others for entry. Any violation will result in immediate disqualification from entry.

During the Festival Days from Oct 27-29 and on Oct 31, free shuttles will run every 30 minutes between Ocean Park and Repulse Bay (The Pulse).
