Important Ticket Information
- All visitors must purchase a ticket to enter the event grounds. Ticket price is the same for children of any age. This includes parents and carers who are accompanying children. Infants under 1 year old accompanied by adult ticket holders may enter the event grounds free of charge.
- All children aged 3 and under must be accompanied by a parent/carer to enter the inflatables. Children 4 and above can enter the inflatables with or without a parent/carer.
- Socks are mandatory for entry into inflatables. Visitors should bring their own socks or purchase grip socks at the entrance (while stock lasts).
- All of our attractions have a maximum weight limit of 245lbs (111kg) and a maximum height limit of 193cm. A minimum height restriction of 90cm applies at our inflatable obstacle course.
Event Description
Bounce The City is arriving in Macao at The Venetian this summer, ready to transform 150,000 square feet into a vibrant, playful oasis of non-stop family fun! Featuring five unique, larger-than-life inflatable attractions, foam party and live DJ, this extravaganza promises families to bounce into summer with smiles, laughter and endless amounts of energy-fueled fun!
Kids and parents can experience the joy of bouncing together during the 90-minute sessions, creating memories that will last a lifetime. Every bounce, every laugh, every moment is pure joy.
The family-friendly entertainment of bounce houses includes a thrilling 900-feet long obstacle course The Giant; a bouncy sports arena Sport Slam; the extraordinary, extraterrestrial City Xscape; the pink alien AirSPACE; and the underwater bash OctoBlast.
This springy wonderland will be open from July 27th to September 18th at Hall C of The Venetian Macao Cotai Expo, delighting visitors of all ages.
The Giant
At 900 feet long - three times the size of a standard soccer field - and featuring a staggering 50 unique obstacles, The Giant is America's Biggest Inflatable Obstacle Course. Inside, you'll find an assortment of hoops to jump through, walls to climb over, candy cane poles to weave through, and a grand finale of a giant six-lane sneaker-shaped slide. Suitable for ages 4 and up, each obstacle has been designed with a "kid friendly" route, allowing kids and parents to tackle the challenge together!
City Xscape
Jump into City Xscape, where bouncing meets intergalactic adventure! Dive into a vibrant world where skyscrapers reach for the clouds and friendly aliens zip around every corner. This colorful bounce house attraction will transport you to an intergalactic metropolis like no other. Get ready to jump, slide, and bounce your way through an out-of- this-world experience that's fun for all ages! Live DJ will be in the house, along with a foam party, for an amazing blend of fun and music. Let's bounce to the beat!
Sport Slam
Sport Slam, a customized sports arena filled with balls of every size and type you could imagine for a little basketball, soccer and many other bouncy challenges! It's never too early to get your game on with Sport Slam!
AirSPACE Pink Alien
An immersive, intergalactic themed attraction filled with friendly aliens, spaceships, giant planets and moon crater ball pits! For an experience that is literally out of this world, there's nothing quite like exploring our highly interactive Martian landscape. Are you ready to bounce around and get lost in airSPACE?
Octoblast
OctoBlast is a captivating fusion of bouncy fun and aquatic celebration, part bouncer and part foam party. Step into this deep-sea world filled with colorful ocean characters, a pufferfish party stage and playful foam cannons. You'll meet deep-sea critters and dance around our giant Octopus's tentacles in front of the huge pufferfish stage.
The event will also include a giant inflatable sofa for you to chill out, watch the world bounce by, and capture a bunch of photos.
FAQ
What time should I arrive?
Please arrive in advance of your session start time with your QR code printed or ready to show on your phone. This can be found on your confirmation email. We'll then exchange your tickets for wristbands so you're ready to enter your session at your scheduled time.
What if I am late to my session?
Showing up late to your session will not prohibit you from being able to enter, however your 1.5 hour session will not be extended further than the original ending time.
Who can take part in Bounce The City? Is there an age limit?
Our Event is open to participants of all ages. For safety, we do require that any kids 3 and under are accompanied into the inflatables by a parent/carer with their own ticket.
Are there any weight/height restrictions?
Yes. All of our attractions have a maximum weight limit of 245lbs (111kg) and a maximum height limit of 193cm. Weight scales and other measuring devices will be available on site should you require to use them. Guests who exceed these limits cannot participate. A minimum height restriction of 90cm applies at our inflatable obstacle course.
Do all children need accompany by an adult to enter the inflatables?
No. Only children aged 3 and under must be accompanied into the inflatables by a paying parent/carer with their own ticket.
I'm a parent, do I need a ticket?
Yes, you need a ticket to enter the venue. For safety, we do require that any kids 3 and under are accompanied into the inflatables by a parent/carer with their own ticket.
Is there a minimum age limit?
There is no minimum age requirement but all children aged 3 and under must be accompanied into the inflatables by a parent/carer.
Is there a dress code?
Required socks, bouncing socks are available for purchase at the event for those without socks. Bouncing and having this much fun will require some energy. So we suggest you dress in something to keep cool. The only restrictions we have are 'no shoes' and 'no bare feet'. Comfort is key! As the weather is unpredictable – we suggest wearing knee length pants or full length trousers whilst you bounce!
Can we come as spectators?
While it won't be possible to spectate on what's going on inside the inflatables, you may come down to our site with an entry ticket.
Do we need to be super-fit to attend?
Absolutely not. The Bounce The City experience can be as high energy or as low energy as you want. Come in and jump around, or chill out on one of our inflatable sofas the whole time, watching the world bounce by. It's entirely up to you!
I'm pregnant, can I still bounce?
For your safety and the safety of your baby, we do not recommend using the bounce house if you are pregnant. Bouncing can involve sudden movements and impacts that may not be safe during pregnancy. We advise you to consult with your healthcare provider for further guidance.
Can I bring my dog/pet?
No pets are allowed.
How often are the inflatables cleaned?
We care a lot about cleanliness and have strict cleaning protocols in place. Attractions are cleaned between each session. There is a more thorough deep clean carried out on a daily basis as well as ongoing specialist cleaning treatments applied regularly.
Can I buy tickets on site or are they only available online?
Walk-ins are available with limited availability. To guarantee your spot we recommend purchasing in advance online from https://incutix.com. Sessions do often completely sell out in advance of the event.
Can I get a refund on my ticket?
All sales are final, and we cannot refund tickets. All purchasers are asked to agree to this policy during checkout. To avoid disappointment we recommend checking your calendar and selecting the date and time of your visit carefully.
Can I transfer my existing booking to a different session?
Subject to availability, you can reschedule your visit once. Contact the platform where you purchased your ticket with the below info:

Safety Rules of Bounce The City
- Please be careful at all times and be mindful of all the other bouncers around you. Following these rules will help ensure everyone bounces safely.
- Do not jump down from any areas of height within the inflatables. Always use the provided steps or slides.
- Somersaults, backflips and other dangerous maneuvers are not permitted.
- You must never jump into a ball pit. Enter and exit carefully looking out for other guests within the ball pit.
- Keep your head above the balls in the ball pit at all times.
- When using slides, always slide down feet first, while lying down with your arms crossed over your chest. Never go down a slide head first.
- Only ever Slide one person at a time down any slide. Do not sit infants or children on your lap.
- Never use your foot as a brake when using a slide. Allow yourself to come to a natural stop at the bottom of the slide.
- When jumping or moving around the inflatables, leave distance between yourself and other guests.
- Always be sure to follow the guidance and advice of event staff.
Arrangements under special weather conditions

- Bouncing time is 90-minute per session.
- All-day pass holders may enter and leave the event grounds an unlimited number of times during the 5 sessions within a day but must not stay in the event grounds during the rest period from 1:00 PM to 1:30 PM.
- A maximum of 550 people are allowed to enter the inflatables in each 90-minute session.
- All sales are final. Strictly no cancellations or refunds.
- Socks are compulsory and not included in the ticket purchase. Grip socks may be available for purchase with limited quantities.
- No outside food or drinks can be brought into the event grounds.
- No food or drinks are allowed in the inflatable attractions.
- For safety reasons, no pets (dogs and cats) are allowed in the spectator grounds.
- No smoking is permitted.
- Entry into the restricted access area is strictly prohibited due to potential hazards from electrical connections and blowers.
- Some inflatables contain strong lighting and loud audio effects, which may cause sensory discomfort in an instant.
- In the event that the Event must be temporarily suspended due to weather, safety, maintenance, or other reasons, the organizer reserves the right to close the Event immediately without further notice.
- In case of any disputes, the organizer reserves the right of final decision.
